Directions to University of Denver - Ritchie Center
From Parker merge onto I-25 Southbound
Travel on I-25 Southbound for approximately 11 miles
Take Exit 205 (University Blvd)
Turn Left onto S. University Blvd
Make a slight right onto Buchtel Blvd (If you hit Jewell you have gone too far)
Make a u-turn at S High St. onto Buchtel Blvd (this will put you on the side of the street to park for the Ritchie Center
IMPORTANT NOTES:
§ Meet at Hamilton Gym inside the Ritchie Center at 5:15-5:30 for autograph signing with Carly Patterson.
§ The girls will need to be dressed in competition leotards with hair up when they arrive. WE WILL NOT BE WEARING SHORTS FOR WARM UP OR PERFORMANCE
§ When gymnasts arrive they will need to check in with their group leader and give their group leader their ticket. Please write your childs name on their ticket
§ At 6:15 gymnasts and coaches will be escorted to Gates Gym (warm up gym). Parents must take all of the gymnasts’ belongings. They are not permitted to have shoes, coats, bags, ANYTHING with them.
§ Parents may stay inside Hamilton Gym and get seats. I think they will have an area designated for ChalkBox.
§ ChalkBox will perform at 7:15 and then the kids will be able to come to you and sit and watch the meet. We will not be keeping track of the girls after we perform so if you are not attending please have a designated adult to take care of your gymnast.
§ Elizabeth High School will perform post meet and will sit together so they are ready when called. High school team member will be required to turn in their leotard after their performance.
§ Waivers must be returned no later than Wednesday, Feb 2nd to ChalkBox .
§ Our middle school aged kids will be on the floor working the meet and will be receiving instructions on their jobs during the warm up time.
